Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 late cancellation fee. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 20% of the scheduled service cost.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with proper notice.
This fee will be applied at the discretion of the service provider.
